The mission of Bridge Back to Life Foundation is to foster positive community relations by supporting young people at risk to find a place in the Community.
Aims and Objectives
Bridge Back to Life Foundation aims to meet the needs of young people with a history of homelessness. It will do this by offering programs that will assist with reintegration into their families and communities and supporting them to regain control of their lives.
Organisation values
Bridge Back to Life Foundation supports the framework of the learning model with that of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) providing an organisational culture that is proactive and supports continuous learning.
We are committed to continually improving our services. We listen and respond to our employees, volunteers, clients, Commonwealth and State Government Departments, parents, carers, networking groups, directors, local communities, local government, fund raising supporters, suppliers and all our stakeholders. We value all opinions from within our community.
